FDA registration is the basic requirement for domestic and foreign establishments. Registration requirements differ by product type. LMG assists with all FDA registration types.
Food Facility Registration:Foreign and Domestic food facilities that market their products in the USA must register with the FDA and list their food product category with the FDA. FDA registration does not denote FDA approval, but registration is a mandatory requirement

Medical Device Registration:Foreign and Domestic establishments that market medical devices in the USA must register with the FDA. There is an FDA user fee for medical device establishment registration.
LMG helps medical device manufacturers to register with the US FDA. Please complete our FDA Medical Device Registration Form to register your medical device establishment with the FDA.
We issue a free certificate of FDA medical device registration after successfully registering your establishment with the FDA. You can verify certificate validity on our website. The registration is valid till December 31.
Drug Establishment Registration:LMG provides assistance to foreign and domestic drug establishments to register with the US FDA. We also provide assistance with NDC Labeler code and Drug listing. Please complete our FDA Drug Registration Form to register your Drug Establishment with the FDA.
We issue a free drug establishment registration certificate as proof of FDA registration after completing the Drug registration. You can verify certificate validity on our website.
Cosmetic Facility Registration (MoCRA):As per the new FDA Cosmetic regulations (MoCRA), cosmetic establishments that manufacture or process cosmetic products are required to register with the FDA and list their cosmetic products. However, certain “small businesses” are exempt from these registration and listing requirements, unless they manufacture or process certain types of cosmetic products.
Cosmetic establishments that manufacture or process products must renew their FDA registration biennially. They must also renew their product listings annually.

The FDA does not issue a registration or listing certificate upon completion. LMG will issue a certificate of FDA registration after completing the registration as evidence of registration to the industry.
