Welcome to LMG Compliance Monitor™. By using this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand the scope and limitations of this complimentary informational tool.

1. Nature of the Service

LMG Compliance Monitor™ (the "Service") is a complimentary, value-added informational tool provided by Liberty Management Group Ltd. ("LMG") exclusively to its active registration and consulting clients. The Service aggregates publicly available data from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other relevant federal databases.

2. No Guarantee of Detection

While LMG utilizes automated scanning and manual verification to monitor FDA databases daily, LMG does not warrant or guarantee that the Service will detect every detention, refusal, or Red List update. Reasons for non-detection may include, but are not limited to, FDA database downtime, clerical errors in government records, or processing delays by federal agencies.

3. Not a Substitute for Official Notice

This Service is not an official government notification system. It is the User’s sole responsibility to monitor their own shipments and maintain communication with their Customs Broker. Users must rely on official FDA "Notices of Action" for legal timelines and requirements. LMG is not responsible for any missed response deadlines or port fees resulting from a failure to receive an alert from this Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liberty Management Group Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of cargo, storage fees, laboratory costs, or business interruption) arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, this Service.

5. No Regulatory Advice Implied

Notifications sent via the Service are purely factual alerts regarding a match in a public database. These alerts do not constitute legal or regulatory advice. A notification does not imply that LMG has developed a strategy for resolution; such services require a separate consulting engagement.
